We currently have an opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our Corporate Finance team as a recruitment consultant.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with Investment Banks and FTSE listed businesses in the city, maintaining our existing relationships and making sure you create the best first impression.

Recruitment certainly isn't for anyone. It involves plenty of hard work, long hours (occasionally) and working on building and maintaining relationships however it's one of the only industries that allows you to be in control of your entire earnings. Corporate Finance consists of several polished, ambitious and exceptional candidates and clients so it's important that whoever takes on this role, also mirrors these qualities.

The role:

• Business Development - approach new clients and introduce yourself and Marks Sattin
• To act as the initial point of contact with candidates
• Daily pre-screening calls to shortlisted and general candidates and astute assessment of their suitability for roles
• Developing an expert knowledge of the executive market and client world
• Proactive candidate sourcing through headhunting and networking
• Writing and placing recruitment adverts for vacancies
• Perform the initial screening of candidates via face to face interview

The ideal candidate:

• Degree educated with a 2.1 or above from a Redbrick University
• Commercial experience or previous recruitment experience is an advantage
• Strong communication and organisation skills
