Currently looking for a business analyst with SAP experience
Duties:
Working alongside project managers and IT development staff to implement SAP WMS, SD, TMS and FICO for new customers
Carry out system customisations around areas such as storage modules and location set ups
Train a mixture of external customer and internal operations staff in how to use the SAP system
Carry out continuous improvement and changes to current system processes
The role of SAP Business Analyst PS/FICO is responsible for running the FICO modules with the support from Global Finance.
The SAP Business Systems Analyst will also apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help support the development process, and to ensure that project deliverables are met according to specifications.
The SAP Business Systems Analyst will play a pivotal role in ensuring IT understanding of business requirements.
Provide basic fixes for any system issues on a day-to-day basis
- At least 2 years analytical experience working as a Finance Systems Business Analyst.
- Experience of a Finance Systems business change or transformation project.
- Experience of working with a parent company SAP Centre of Excellence.
- Proven expert knowledge of SAP Finance (FI, CO, CM) and associated reporting tools.
- Significant project management experience to deliver a number of Finance systems enhancements.
- Practical experience of business process re-design.
- A ability to analyse and solve business problems
- Good understanding of different methods (e.g. facilitation, interviews, workshops etc.) for eliciting customer requirements.
- Experience of offering structured IT Customer Services to a finance team.
- Clear, structured communication both verbal and written.
- Experience of working with colleagues where English is not the first the language.
- Practical experience of defining business requirements and documenting them in a structured and formal manner.
