Globally renowned FTSE100 Consumer Goods business based in Swindon have a fantastic opportunity to work within a specialist finance systems

team as a Senior Analyst. This is a great opportunity to be part of an all encompassing system implementation which is being rolled out internationally. This role will give you the opportunity to business partner with many different parts of the business in the UK as well as overseas

.You will be responsible for supporting the organisation's goal of service excellence through the definition, implementation and on-going improvement of business processes.

Duties will include -

• You will work closely with business owners and Process Architects to define measure and improve business processes across the organisation through process optimisation reviews.
• You will help business areas to improve operational efficiency without relying on system changes
• Help to build potential business cases where system changes can be delivered as well as work with the Process Architects to embed a Business Process Management capability to enable the business to optimise operational efficiency.
• You will also define system integration requirements on behalf of the Finance departments.
• Ensure all requirements are tested, delivered and adopted within operational procedures in an effective and coordinated manner.
• Participate in SAP system implementation and business change programmes to identify and manage any necessary changes or impacts to the Finance teams
• Championing quality within the programmes and projects and align with other business analysis / service improvement analysts / Process Architects to create end-to-end requirements documentation from a process perspective and collaborate with relevant teams.

The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA/ACCA/ACMA or equivalent with a strong Finance Business Analyst with good Business Process skills. You will have worked with SAP and have the ability to influence key/senior business stakeholders who are not always familiar with SAP.
