One of the UK's most loved FMCG businesses in Slough is looking for a strong, commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner, to look after a £200m revenue business unit.

Working with the Heads of Marketing, Logistics, Supply and Brand - this is a true partnering role in every sense, helping the business achieve its growth targets in the UK. Working in a strategic capacity, this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to drive change and play a pivotal role in ensuring the brand continues to be the 'go to' in the category.

You will be heavily involved in strategic goal setting, actively taking a lead on Budgeting/ Forecasting, working with colleagues to develop a 5 year plan and looking into ROI on commercial activities. You will be analysing performance, making recommendations on pricing strategy and discounting, whilst running the day to day finances.

This role would suit a Finance Business Partner who has worked with the retailers/ grocers, ideally within a similar fast moving consumer business. You will be a strong communicator, confident in influencing non finance stakeholders and comfortable with presenting high level information. You will be ACMA/ACA qualified, with strong modelling and commercial finance skills, able to see the bigger picture in a price pressure environment.
