Mark Sattin are partnering with one of the most illustrious and widely-recognised brands in the world on the appointment of a new UK VAT Manager.

You will have full responsibility for the group's UK VAT compliance for all UK companies, including accuracy and completeness of the VAT returns, validation of payments on account plus annual adjustments and correspondence on all matters relating to the VAT process with the HMRC etc.

You will also need to be responsible for ensuring full SOX compliance, and responsibility for liaising with the VAT Accounting function and other finance departments (locally and in overseas Centres) on VAT matters. In addition the role involves providing VAT advice and support to the many strands of the UK business, and carrying out ad hoc VAT projects as necessary.

You will have a solid grounding in UK VAT compliance, preferably qualified, and expected to demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, communication and IT skills.
