A market leading specialist PE Backed IT business is seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Chief Financial Officer to drive further growth both organically and through acquisitions that will allow this business to reach the next level.

This international business has a significant focus on profitability and value creation, allowing you to use your analytical skills to produce relevant budgets and forecasts to support strategic decisions that will position the business for a successful exit. Your desire for success and proactive hands on approach, coupled with your excellent communication and investor management skills will allow you to make a positive affect on a business that currently operates in the UK and internationally.

This role will involve overseeing and improving systems and procedures, upgrading the financial structure, as well as developing strategic banking relationships that will determine the direction of the company.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA,ACMA,ACCA), preferably Chartered, and have experience in managing autonomous banking relationships, cash and covenants in a leveraged environment with a proven M&A track record. This excellent opportunity will be both challenging and rewarding and would suit a driven and dynamic individual that relishes important decision making and shows initiative in all areas of the finance function and beyond within the business.
