Position: Credit Controller

Location: Manchester City Centre (Deansgate)

Salary: £21,000 plus 25day Holidays, bonus scheme, pension & annual salary review

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday to Friday

Well-established and reputable boutique legal business with a national presence, are currently offering a unique opportunity for an experienced Credit Controller to join their Finance Department. This company has a long and impressive history, as well as a reputation for strong staff retention. Working in a modern plan office this well rounded position will provide a good level of autonomy.

Credit Controller Duties

• Chasing payments via email, phone and letters.
• Processing BACS payments
• Sending customer statements and managing the legal process in the event of late or non-payment by customers
• Building strong relationships across the business and externally to ensure collection targets are met
• Pro-actively monitor invoice collections for the company smaller accounts
• Answer queries and enquiries from internal and external customers.

• Excellent communication skill both verbal and written
• Credit Control experience
