The company in question have a diversified portfolio of real estate and retail focused private equity investments with a specific focus on high end start-ups. The company culture is quite remarkable; lively and fun where everyone sits in a small, open office. The leadership structure is very flat and personality is massively important to them.

You would have a high degree of autonomy with the opportunity to work closely with the managing director or private equity team of the relevant portfolio company, assisting them in presenting relevant material to stakeholders and members of the board. When the opportunity arises you would assist in preparing any business in the portfolio for sale.
They are looking for a qualified accountant with three to seven years post qualified experience who is working for a retail business currently or has previous experience of a similar environment.
Remuneration is competitive and flexible depending on the candidate, they offer a strong bonus and 8% pension.
