Start your job searchA growing business services organisation that have been on the acquisition trail acquiring 3 businesses in the past 12 months are going through an exciting period have now created a new role for a Group Accountant in a role set to be split between reporting and commercial.
Sitting directly in the heart of the business, this role will be responsible for:
- Acquisition due diligence
- Post acquisition integration
- Group commercial projects
- IPO readiness
The other half of the role will be responsible for:
- Consolidation
- Year end stat process
- Quarterly reporting for the investors
- Stakeholder management
This is a great opportunity for someone making their first move over to industry who wants to keep a hand in reporting but also pick up a more commercial view point. A truly exciting time to join a business focused on further market growth and be positioned within a high performing team lead by an outstanding and very experienced mentor!
Essentially this role will be pitched at attracting a qualified ACA/ACCA accountant ideally having come through practice in either a first or second move into industry. You will demonstrate excellent communication skills combined with report writing ability. Essentially you will be able to challenge and question the financial controls whilst playing a visible role in the wider business.
