A family office investment firm are seeking an experienced investment analyst on a contract basis to assist them with managing their portfolio of investments.

The contractor will assist with managing the current portfolio of investments and anlysing potential aquisitions including:

- valuation modelling of existing portfolio and appraisal of new investment targets

- building a corporate finance excel model

- dealing with 3rd parties in relation to investment exits, data room etc.

- assisting with any new aquisitions

- preparing presentations for board meetings, fully understanding current portfolio of investments

- performance benchmarking against competitors

Only clients with the following experience will be considered:

- Must have worked in a Private Equity / Family Office environment in a similar function either as a portfolio accountant/investment analyst/corporate finance supporting transactions or providing valuations and investment support.

- Minimum Qualification: Fully qualified Accountant or CFA or MBA

Rate: £400-450pd Ltd Company

Duration: 6 month initially
