A Well-Known Bank is currently seeking a Project Manager & Business Analyst to join their esteemed organisation. The role will be joining an established team in Manchester to take charge of a portfolio of PRA change projects.
The candidate responsibilities include:
- The portfolio covers projects ranging from FDSF small changes and interpretation through to ALM and Liquidity reporting changes.
- Achieving personal, team and project objectives.
- Identification and resolution of project issues with the appropriate escalation.
- Appropriate communication, including the management of stakeholders
- Create and maintain detailed project plans.
- Identify and record and manage project risks and issues.
- Communications with business teams and IT resources.
- Preparation, review and maintenance of project reports and documentation
- Coordination of workshops with stakeholders.
- Document, manage and monitor business and IT actions
- Assist with preparation of Steering Committee reports.
The skills set and experience required:
- Experienced Project Manager or Business Analysis within Banking
- Regulatory Reporting background
- Ability to handle and input into multiple workstreams simultaneously
- A self-starter that can manage his/her own time effectively
- Capability to roll sleeves up and get into the detail
- Ability to hit strict deadlines
