A well regarded SME business with a strong and reputable brand based in South Leeds are currently looking for a driven and enthusiastic purchase ledger clerk. Initially the position is a 3 month contract to cover a sickness in the department, but due to the rapid growth and expansion within the business there is a good chance that it will turn permanent.
Reporting into the accounts payable coordinator, you will be expected to process high volume (500+ per week) invoices and deal with the full end to end procedure from receiving the invoice, dealing with queries and reconciliations all the way up to administering payments.
Ideally you will have at least a years experience working within an accounts payable role in a medium/large sized business that has required you to effectively manage a large work load.
Great role if you're looking for somewhere offering an immediate start that is close to the motorways and has on site parking. Pay rate will vary depending on experience, but the business is known to offer above average rates for a role of this level.
