Start your job searchA family office based in West London looking to hire a bright graduate with a numerical background to join the team to assist in the overall project management of real estate investments from financial feasibility and analysis right through to liaising with solicitors to complete the project.
With a chain of luxury hotels in this portfolio, you will be joining a business with a wealth of experience and immediate ongoing projects in the UK, North Africa and US allowing you to get exposure into both the UK and US real estate markets, on total investments worth over £2bn
This is a very hands-on position where you'll be expected to work autonomously but will have support from the wider business.
The role will include the following duties:
- Project management, mostly real estate development projects
- The candidate will be expected to work well in the context of a small team environment
- Working with various clients and colleagues I.E architects, contractors, legal advisors, planning consultants and local authorities.
- Preparing investment/offers paperwork with clarity and precision
- Planning developing and implementing operational strategies to meet the organisation requirements & expectations for the global growth of business.
- Effective oversight and management of relationships with external service supports establishing, monitoring and reporting on several development projects
- Making sure operative processes are operating effectively, are documented, well controlled and are being delivered to an appropriate standard
