Recrutiment Administrator

Marks Sattin is a specialist Finance and Accountancy recruiter with offices across the UK and Ireland.

We've been leading by example for 30 years and counting, specialising in placing the very best talent in fast paced, entrepreneurial growth businesses. We are currently hiring a Recruitment Administrator to help assist our Manchester office with the smooth day to day running of Marks Sattin.

The role will support the Manchester Consultants and divisions with any ad hoc CV formatting or candidate related administrative requests. You will also support wider Sales Support team where required - ie: holidays or during busy periods. A key component of the role will be to take an active interest in the Marks Sattin business and our clients, candidates and overall strategy, vision and values.

Day to day the role will involve:

  • Support to Consultants around CV re-formatting and typing up of Candidate information (likely to be daily ad hoc requests). Attention to detail is absolutely key to enable Consultants to send CVs to roles as quickly as possible.
  • Checking daily absences and ensuring all information is correctly captured in our HR system (Salesforce)
  • Checking the 'general enquiries inbox' at least once daily (in conjunction with the other Team Administrator), forwarding CVs to the relevant Manager/AD/Director and ensuring any ad hoc email queries are dealt with and passed onto the relevant internal contact.
  • Managing the inputting and registration of names (TC2's), ensuring all information is accurately added to Adapt.
  • Cover the Compliance Officers duties during annual leave and sickness.
  • Involvement in other administrative, PA/EA, office management and marketing related tasks when required. In the past this has included assisting with company reviews and offsites and other similar events.

Ideal Profile:

  • Educated to degree level
  • At least 12-18 months experience in an office environment. This is likely to have been gained in a similar fast paced administrative or secretarial role.
  • Professional in appearance with excellent communication skills and the ability to build up positive relationships with people at all levels of seniority.
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to effectively plan, organize and prioritise your day.
  • A positive, upbeat and friendly attitude; happy to roll your sleeves up and take on additional tasks or responsibilities when required.
