Based in the EMEA headquarters of this leading Consumer business, you will be part of a new team which has been created to bring innovation and strategy from a financial perspective to their portfolio of key, award winning brands. Working with some of the sharpest minds in the industry, you will be given unparalleled exposure to business leaders, ensuring visibility for personal growth. This specialist unit will be driving decision making, undertaking market analysis, identifying new opportunities to move into and of course, partnering with non-finance teams to ensure products move from concept to reality.
A day in the life of the Commercial Finance Analyst
- Strategy - Looking domestically and internationally for new markets.
- Partnering - with scientists, marketeers, sales teams and general managers
- Analysing - Drilling down into the data to make recommendations
- Acquisitions - Identifying potential businesses which would complement the portfolio
Given the high profile of this business unit, requirements are high. You will need to be a newly qualified (or finalist), with a strong academic track record. You must be driven, intellectually curious and passionate about problem solving. Given the level you will be operating at, stakeholder and communication skills will naturally be strong.
